COMMON ISSUES WE COVER

At Affordable Counselling, we support people through a wide range of personal and emotional challenges. Our model is designed for short- to medium-term work that is effective, respectful, and accessible — whether you're looking to talk something through or explore deeper patterns in your life. You can avail of up to 20 sessions at substantially reduced rates.

Our therapists work with individual adults and focus on areas where support can make a meaningful difference — especially when cost or waiting lists might otherwise prevent access to help.

At Affordable Counselling, all therapy sessions are delivered by therapists who are in the final phase of their professional training. These are dedicated, highly capable practitioners who are completing their required clinical hours in order to qualify as fully accredited and independent therapists.

Each therapist is carefully selected, and all of their clinical work is closely supervised and supported by experienced supervisors and our clinical management team at Cork Counselling Clinic. This ensures that every client receives safe, ethical, and effective care in line with the highest professional standards.

By working with a therapist at this stage of their development, you are receiving support from someone who is well-prepared, passionate, and already practicing with a strong foundation — while also helping to make counselling more affordable and accessible for everyone.

Professional care, closely supported. That's our promise.
