1. How long is each session? 


Each therapy session lasts between 50 and 60 minutes. 

2. Is the therapy confidential?

Is the therapy confidential?
Yes. All sessions are confidential and follow strict professional and ethical guidelines. Your therapist may discuss your case in supervision, but always in a respectful and anonymous manner. Your therapist will discuss limits to confidentiality at the beginning of therapy.

3.How soon will I be contacted after submitting the request form?

You will usually hear from your assigned therapist within 3–5 working days of submitting your request.

4. Can therapy take place online or by phone?

Yes. Therapy can be delivered in person, online, by phone, or through a blended format — depending on what suits your needs best. 

5. How much does it cost?

Our sliding scale ranges from €25 to €35 per session, depending on your financial situation. You choose the category that best fits you, based on an honesty system — no income documentation required.

6. Do I need a referral from a GP?

No referral is needed. You can self-refer by filling out our online form. We also take referrals from G.P's and consultants

7. Who will I be working with?

You'll be matched with a therapist who is in the final stages of their professional training. These therapists are completing their required clinical hours to become fully qualified independent therapists and are closely supervised by experienced clinical professionals.

8. Will I work with the same therapist every time?

Yes. You'll work with one consistent therapist throughout your therapy, unless a change is requested or deemed necessary. 

9. Is this a long-term or short-term service?

Our model is designed primarily for short- to medium-term work. The number of sessions will be discussed with your therapist and reviewed as needed. We will not cut therapy short. You will be allowed to finish your therapy in a timely manner due to your particular circumstances.

11. How do I pay?

Once you are assigned a therapist, payment is made on line before each booking.

12. Can I choose the therapist I work with?

No, therapists are assigned based on your needs and availability, as assessed by our clinical team. However, if something isn't working for you, we're happy to review the arrangement.
