CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. However, due to high demand and limited availability, we ask all clients to give as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with at least two full working days' notice will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made with less than one working day's notice will not be refunded, but you may reschedule your appointment for another available time.
Missed appointments or cancellations without notice will result in the loss of that session and payment.
In order to ensure fairness and maximise access to the service, clients who cancel or reschedule two sessions will be asked to re-join the waiting list before continuing with therapy. This is to help us make the best possible use of the limited appointments we are able to offer at a reduced rate.
We appreciate your understanding and commitment to attending your scheduled sessions — it allows us to support as many people as possible.
Reliable attendance is key to meaningful therapy and a fair service for everyone.
